Terms & Conditions
Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. It is best that you connect with the designer from a laptop or desktop computer to ensure full functions of design and work space as well as screen sharing.
You can also book a consultation to discuss strategy and other relevant business topics.
MJM designer will offer assistance during ALL design processes but any additional assistance will require a consultation fee of $50 for 1hr (pre-scheduled) and paid for online.
Refunds & Exchanges
By agreeing to The Boss Mom Enterprises LLC terms and conditions, client(s) must understand we have an absolutely NO REFUNDS policy, under any circumstance for hour(s) booked in consultation; however we reschedule for a later date but an agreement must be established between the owner and client.
The Boss Mom Enterprises LLC works diligently when delivering services/projects to clients on time as well as meeting promptly for ALL scheduled meetings.
Failure to answer a meeting call or log onto a meeting video call will automatically result in NO refund. If repeated twice, no further bookings will be granted.
